Full menu
tablio.co/m/luna-bistro
The whole menu, in the guest's language, at the top. This one encodes the menu address itself, so it works even if nothing else does.
QR menu software for restaurants
Build your menu in the dashboard, print the QR code once, and change what it opens whenever service says so. Guests scan with the phone already in their pocket — there is no app to install.
Luna Bistro
Mediterranean Bistro
Sun-soaked Mediterranean plates, fresh pasta and slow coffee, served all day in the heart of the old town.
The problem
It is in the guest's pocket, it is charged, and they know how to use it. The only thing missing is something on the table worth pointing it at.
Tablio prints that something. A code goes on the table, in the window, on the takeaway bag. A guest lifts their phone to it and the menu opens in a browser. There is no app to install, no account to make, and no waiting for a laminated card to come back from another table.
What arrives on the phone is not a PDF. It is the menu the kitchen edited this morning, with today's prices, today's sold-out items and the allergens written next to the food they belong to.
How it works
Four steps, and only the third one involves a printer. Most restaurants are through all four in an afternoon.
Categories, items, prices, photographs, badges, allergens and dietary labels, in a dashboard that works like a document rather than a publishing tool.
One code for the whole menu, or a code for each table. Download it as a PNG, as a PDF, or as a printable poster in four colourways.
Table cards, the window, the takeaway bag. The printed code is the only part of the system a guest ever has to see.
The menu opens in the browser they already have, in seconds. No app, no account, and nothing to hand back at the end.
Change the menu afterwards and the printed code stays exactly as it is. Moving a price, adding a dish or marking something sold out never means reprinting anything.
Branding
A menu that looks like software is a menu that belongs to the software company. This one is supposed to look like it came from the room it is sitting in.
Four starting templates and four palettes, then six colour roles you can set individually: background, card, text, primary, secondary and button. Layout, price style, card style, corner shape, image shape, category navigation and the font all move independently. Every section of the menu can be switched off, so a restaurant with no delivery number does not ship a dead call button.
The preview is not a mockup of the menu. It is the menu component itself, running the configuration you just set, which is why what an owner approves is literally what a guest receives.

Press a swatch. The preview is the guest's menu, re-themed live — and the printed code it is reached by does not change.
QR codes
A printed code is the most expensive thing in the system, because changing it means changing every table. So the code is the one part that is built never to change.
tablio.co/m/luna-bistro
The whole menu, in the guest's language, at the top. This one encodes the menu address itself, so it works even if nothing else does.
tablio.co/q/…
Opens the menu with a running offer already on screen. A claim is recorded when the guest takes it, so you find out whether the poster in the window did anything.
tablio.co/q/…
The same menu, opened with the table's own label attached, so a scan from table four is a scan from table four rather than a scan from the building.
Every code except the full menu resolves through a tracked redirect. The card on the table keeps pointing at the same address for its whole life, and where that address sends people is a setting.
What you can do
Six things, done properly. Anything Tablio has not built yet is labelled that way rather than sold.
Unlimited categories, and up to 40 items on Starter or unlimited above it — each with its own description, price, photograph, badges, allergens and dietary labels.
A code for the whole menu, a code for each table, or a code for a campaign — generated by the same encoder the printed cards use.
Mark a dish unavailable and guests stop seeing it. There is no publishing step, no export, and no reprint.
Schedule an offer and it appears on your menu for as long as it runs. A promotion campaign gives that offer its own code per place — a flyer, a window, a delivery bag — and records a claim when a guest takes it, so you can tell which one worked.
Guests who leave their details on your menu arrive in one list, with the consent they gave recorded against them.
Scans, categories opened, items opened, contact buttons pressed and offers claimed — aggregated by day, and read back on the dashboard.
Analytics
The public menu records five things: a scan, a category opened, an item opened, a contact button pressed, and an offer claimed. They are aggregated in the database and read back on the dashboard.
That is the whole list. There is no session replay, no heat map and no scoring of your guests, because none of those would survive a conversation with the person whose restaurant it is.
And when nothing has been recorded, the screen says nothing has been recorded. No seeded demo traffic, no sample chart, no number invented to make a new account feel busy. A new restaurant sees the truth about itself on day one, which is the only version worth building.
